Refund policy
At Trevae, each piece is created with care and intention. As our designs are produced in limited numbers and select pieces are made to order, we encourage you to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility
● Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
● Any such request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the issue.
Custom Size Orders
● Products ordered under the Custom Size option are made specifically for you.
● As these pieces are crafted according to individual measurements, custom size orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition of Products
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
● Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
● Approved exchanges will be processed free of charge, as they apply only in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
● Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, the matter will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
Refunds
● Refunds are applicable only in cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled.
● Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
